Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects Wirect customers, partners, networks, and systems. It applies whenever you access or use a Wirect account, eSIM, connectivity plan, website, application, promotion, or support channel.
Permitted use
Use Wirect services for lawful personal or authorized business purposes and within the destinations, data allowances, validity periods, and features included with your purchase.
Prohibited activity
- Breaking applicable law, committing fraud, evading sanctions, or facilitating unlawful activity.
- Sending spam, harassment, threats, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Attempting unauthorized access, security testing without permission, credential theft, scraping, denial-of-service activity, or interference with networks and systems.
- Reselling, transferring, sharing, or publicly exposing eSIM credentials or services without written authorization.
- Bypassing geographic, account, device, usage, payment, fair-use, or promotional restrictions.
- Using false identities, payment information, referral activity, reviews, or support requests.
Network and fair use
Plans may include high-speed allowances, reduced speeds, hotspot limits, pauses, or other fair-use controls. Automated, permanent, abusive, or unusually high-volume traffic may be restricted when necessary to protect service quality and network integrity.
Enforcement
Wirect may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate services, preserve relevant records, reverse promotional benefits, or cooperate with providers and lawful authorities. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve t
