We collect account and contact details; orders, activations, bookings, rewards, and support history; payment status, refunds, disputes, and fraud signals; device, browser, IP address, approximate location, diagnostics, and security logs; and communications you send. Payment providers process full card details.
How we use and share information
We use information to deliver services, process orders, authenticate accounts, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with law, and improve performance. We share it with providers supporting connectivity, payments, travel, analytics, security, and support, or when law requires it.
Cookies and retention
Essential cookies support security, sign-in, checkout, and preferences. Optional technologies follow your Privacy Choices. We retain information only as long as needed for services, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations.

Security and children
