These terms govern Wirect accounts, purchases, and services. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and protect your credentials.
Orders and services
Review prices, plan details, and device compatibility before purchase. Coverage, speed, data, validity, and activation vary by plan and destination.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, commit fraud, abuse networks, interfere with security, infringe rights, resell without permission, or bypass restrictions.
Refunds and suspension
Refunds follow the Refund Policy and law. We may restrict access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address unpaid amounts.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided “as available.” Wirect is not liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential losses or third-party failures. Liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
