How promotions work
Wirect may offer discount codes, introductory pricing, referral rewards, loyalty points, credits, bundles, or limited-time offers. Each promotion is subject to these terms and any additional conditions displayed with the offer.
Eligibility and availability
Promotions may be limited by customer, account, location, destination, service, plan, purchase amount, payment method, redemption period, or prior purchase history. Offers are available only while stated and may end when the allocated inventory or budget is exhausted.
Redeeming an offer
Enter an eligible code before completing payment. The discount shown in the final checkout total is the amount applied. Unless an offer states otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, applied retroactively, or used toward taxes, fees, prior purchases, or excluded services.
Loyalty points and credits
Points and promotional credits have no cash value, are personal to the account, and may be subject to expiration, redemption limits, and service-specific conditions shown in the account or offer. Returns, cancellations, chargebacks, or suspected abuse may result in points or credits being reversed.
Refunds and promotional purchases
Eligible refunds are calculated using the amount actually paid after discounts. Promotional codes, points, credits, or free benefits are not normally reissued or converted to cash unless required by law or expressly stated in the offer.
Fair use
Wirect may reject, suspend, or reverse a promotion affected by fraud, duplicate accounts, automation, manipulation, technical error, ineligible use, or violation of these terms. We will not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
Changes and corrections
We may correct obvious pricing or technical errors and may modify or withdraw an offer before redemption. Material conditions will be presented clearly with the promotion. If an offer conflicts with these general terms, the specific offer terms control.
